Healthy Monday Yoga Class

Take advantage of seven fitness facilities that offer plenty of equipment, and a variety of classes, including Boot Camp, Yoga’lates, Zumba, and Cycle 50. You can also take your fitness to new heights at the Challenge Ropes Course , or practice your double Lutz at the Tennity Ice Skating Pavilion on South Campus.

The Barnes Center at The Arch health and wellness team host programs to suit every interest!
